I'd like to hear how you think they died out. Being reptiles it could be caused by a severe ice age, that's what the meteor caused after it hit.

I don't agree that it's been proven.

It's well known that in the eons before the meteorite hit the Yucatan 65 million years ago, the dinosaurs had been in a steep decline for at least 20 million years. They were dying out anyway.

No one has compellingly offered a mechanism to demonstrate how a hit in the Caribbean would wipe out every dinosaur, on land and sea alike, while sparing the mammals, the birds, the crocs, the land plants, etc.

The idea that a meteorite wiped out the dinosaurs is cherished by Saganists, who want to believe in "nuclear winter." Carl Sagan claimed that a nuclear exchange would cause an earth-shattering period of cold that would wipe out virtually all life. His adherents like to point to the Yucatan meteorite to support their beliefs. However,as the frogs and we continue to demonstrate, whatever happened in the Yucatan, "nuclear winter" did not wipe US out.

Oh? And whats your theory? That you rose up and domated the dinosaurs and threw them into the sea with your "mighty strength", or are you one of the people constantly trying to convert people in this section to christianity, by saying god doesnt need dinosuars? There is PLENTY of logical proof, which is why I beleive the dinosaurs died by meteorITE (get you facts straight!) For instance, there is a substance that is found rarely on earth, but we have yet not to find in a meteorite. That substance has been found in alrge amounts around the Yucitan penensula, in a CRATER, CAUSED BY THE METEORITE. Also, Dinosaurs didnt die from getting bonked on the head if thats what you think (in which I appologize for flaming you). It was caused by a change of climate, which caused a chain reaction extintion. So, thus far, a meteorite hit the earth, and the dinosaurs died from it.

I'm not sure its rubbish, but I also don't know exactly how they dissappeared. I would be interested in your explanation. The dinosaurs interest me greatly as to where they fall in the timeline....especially as it pertains to the bible.
