cmon my fren he is very educated... aperson giving management lecturers in IIM's ., addressing OXFORD ..what more u expect from him...
he is responsible for upliftment of indian railways ( downfall of bihar too)...who cares..he's educated ...m sure

Laloo Prasad Yadav is an Indian politician who is the present Cabinet Minister for Railways. He was the Chief Minister of Bihar which is one of the biggest states in India. His wife Rabri Devi succeeded him and ruled for few more years. Laloo is an enigmatic personality and is known for his some what weird public statements and gestures. Deep under all this facade is a shrewd and smart politician of the masses who understand the pulse of the common man and it means a lot in a vast country like India with 1.2 Billion population. In the years he has been Railway Minister he has almost held down the passenger and goods fares and started many new projects and his recent lectures at the IIM (Indian Institute of Management) was impressive when he shared many management concepts and his thoughts about it and as the CEO of the biggest public sector undertaking-Railways he has the locus-standi to share a few success formulae. If education means university degrees Laloo doesn' t have but if it means knowledge and ability to deliver he is high up there in that.

I have never heard of this person since I live in the US, but let me guess... by the nature of your question I would say he is probably a politician, and in that case the answer is never. Politicians are greedy, self-centered idiots and will stay that way until they are thrown out of office.
