i need to know wat the second controller tat i can use fr plying games like fifa wc 2006, fifa 07 etc..the first controller is the keyboard and i cant use the mouse also..
wat is the second controller and where do i plug it in??

I'm guessing that a second controller would be a joystick or joypad. Where you plug it will vary on the controller in question - a lot these days will be USB but not all. The controller will come with instructions however, so there is no need to worry.

First of all you need to have a joystick. You plug it to the behind of the CPU. Just check for the port that is similar to the pin of your joystick. Normally there are two.
Sometimes it detects it or you need to add it from Add new Hardware from the Control Panel.

most new game controllers connect thru your usb ports and come with directions
