It would be selfish to choose death as a means of escaping the pain of losing a loved one.....
I think that to truly love someone, you would want to make the sacrifice for that person, to die so that they would not have to suffer....I would prefer to die in their place so that they could continue living and loving other people. It might seem selfish to choose death because your loved one would have to suffer, but I would hope that they could find comfort knowing that I was in heaven with my maker.....because I am a Christian, I would pray that they would have less suffering than if I were to die and my fate be unknown....

I don't even have to think about it, but yes I would die for one of my loved ones. Like you said; (I can not live without my family and friends.)

Good question. On the one hand I would die myself for fear living without my loved one, but on the other hand she wouldn't want to live without me. Maybe I'd let her die and then kill myself.

well, its a toss up.
1. if you die they have to live with the pain of losing you.
2. if they die you have to deal with the pain of losing them.
i would rather have to deal with the pain than have a loved one deal with the pain of losing me. unless it was my child or neise or nephew, then i would gladly die to let them live.

i would die for any of my immediate family. mom, pops, or 2 brothers. But then again you never know until it happens, i might chicken out. lol
