Honestly I'm not happy at all in my relationship.He has a sorry excuse for everything that he does and lately he hasn't been coming in until it's an hour or so before work.It all just sucks.
He's so stupid for his boss lady that it's not normal, he's very anal
and can always tell you how to handle you business but ,he can't handle his own.

Are you married? How old are you? How long have you been together? If you don't have a formal commitment, leave. If you have a formal commitment, try counseling.
Is this the man you want to spend the rest of your life with? If not leave!
Sometimes leaving can force him into looking at his part in the relationship and taking action.
