I've gone through prospectus of 'Thames Valley University' and I'm shocked to know that they are offering foundation course (of 6 months) for £3,000...
Please tell me is there any university in London that offers degress (as well as foundation course) at cheaper rates...

No, London is expensive. Why not try the East / West Midlands - Birmingham and Nottingham are good university towns or even further up North. Apart from cheaper tuition fees and a more relaxed and friendly environment, you will also benefit from much cheaper accomodation and transportation costs, and part time work is usually available.
