You are probably more interesting than you think you are. Any hobbies? Do you read? Favorite TV show? Are you opinionated on certain controversial subjects?
All of these things people like to talk about. Just be yourself and don't be afraid to share your opinions with others, even if you may not agree with the majority. To me, that is what makes people interesting!

I have to get out my crystal ball on this one. (:::) Now, first you need to dress more professional, and take more time with your overall general appearance.
Be more extroverted and less introverted. Be more spontaneous and a "fun" person to be around.
