to disagree with what a few other said, even if you are nursing exclusively, it is very possible to become pregnant, even before you have had a period! You could still be ovulating, though the chance is lower.

Have you started getting periods yet? how long ago did your post-birth bleeding end?

Definitely use a condom or begin taking some form of birth control if you want to avoid pregnancy right now!

Hate to say it like this...YES YES ..... I has happened to me 2 times. Just having a baby does NOT protect you from getting pregnant again right away. I had sex the 7th week after my pregnancy and i got pregnant.

You could be...you need to use a condom or get back on the pill. Have you started your period back yet?? They say if you are breastfeeding you probably won't get pregnant because your cycle doesn't come back if you are doing it exclusively but I wouldn't chance it.
Good luck!

if you are nursing, supposedly you can't get pregnant...if not, you could be..if you are, wow, that will be alot to deal with. girl, you are not even married, you gotta plan ahead better, i have no clue what your relationship is like but why do you accept not being married and having kids with no security...????? thiink more of yourself and your child or children, you are shrinking your world and taking away your options in life one baby at a time, pls. try to make better choices for yourself. good luck.

my mom got pregnant after each of her pregnancys so it was like she was pg for three years . I don't know how she managed. She says you are more fertile after you have a baby so you might want to test asap..

Are you nursing? If you are nursing -exclusively- (no formula or pacifiers), then your chances of getting pregnant are not super high.

Also, have your cycles come back yet? If they have, then your chances of getting pregnant obviously goes up quite a lot.
