MySpace is awesome! I have met some really wonderful friends on that site and its totally free! Of course you have to weed out the weirdo's but that is true in most any place on the internet. If you are even a tad bit creative this site is great for that too. I have even found family members that I havent seen in a few years. Its a great way to meet new people and find old friends. You can download pictures, videos, write blogs, email, Instant message...they have tons of musicians, comedians, movies, job listings, groups (with forum type discussions) etc....

I don't know if this would suit you or not, but I have made a lot of extra money here http://www.mylot.com/?ref=nancygibson Basicaly its a bit like here, you ask and answer questions and can post pictures etc, but you get paid each time you do. I've made a really useful extra amount of cash in my spare moments. Would that be of any interest at all? Lots of great conversations there on every topic
