I've been a sufferer ever since I was a kid. The only thing that helps me is being cold! I learnt this is Australia...if you get sea sick, they say get into the spray of the water. It works!
My motion sickness has been so bad at times that I have even been known to get a bout when getting laundry out of a top-loading washing machine when the washing barrell moves around inside the actual machine. Pathetic.

Sure you do. Sitting in the back seat of a car you don't have a good visual reference to go with the movement that your inner ear is telling you is going on. If you can ride in an airline for up to 6 hours and not get sick then you most likely won't have an issue in the front seat at the controls of a plane. By the way someone suggested that you use dramamine to overcome this. You can not legally take this and fly a plane.

I do. I think it relates back to a head injury Isuffered when I was just a kid. Even the merry- go-rounds the kids play with in parks make me nauseous. I'm not sure if the two are related but even cars would make me sick. I grew out of most of it but avoid carnival rides as much as possible.
