There are two reasons: Your body is in a little higher "gear" in the producing of another human being and that raises body temp, and as well, you have another little person inside of you that has an elevated body temperature. Have you ever been warm and another warm person sits touching you? You feel hotter because the two bodies together produce more heat. It's the same thing going on inside of you. That little body is producing heat which is making you heat up a bit more.

LOTS of times their bodies are busy making a baby. THAt is some of the reasons.
