A deal is perceived by the person looking for one. As for me I have no need of the service so it does sound like a rip off to me.

Anything from £20 per month Minimum
Why the Internet?
The Internet provides one of the cheapest forms of advertising when compared to print or broadcast media. Each month thousands of people just in the UK are joining the world-wide web with Internet access becoming free and connection time much cheaper. With creative advertising you can draw the attention of your target audience to your products and services, increase market presence and make your business grow. MiddleEastUk.com is intended to attract a wide spectrum of the Middle East community worldwide as well as those interested generally in the Middle East generally. The growing prominence of this community which comprises Arabs, Turks and Iranians does enable MiddleEastUK.com to draw upon the richness of its culture, business and life. Therefore any business or organisation that wishes to target this audience will be well served to advertise with MiddleEastUK.com.
How do I advertise on the Net?
The standard form of advertising on the Internet is banner advertising which is simply a rectangular image that usually appears at either the top or bottom of the screen page. It's similar in concept to billboard advertising accept that it appears on the information superhighway and not the A40. A banner works just like any advert placed in a newspaper or magazine. A typical banner will have the advertiser's logo with pictures, graphics or animation and will have a live link. A link is basically a route from one web page to another. In this case someone visiting the site who sees the banner (an impression) and wants more information will simply click on the banner (a click-through) and end up at the advertiser's web site.
What are MiddleEastUK.com Rates?
Advertisers have the opportunity to place banners (468 x 60 pixels) on a cost per 1000 impression basis (CPM). Advertising banners are placed randomly on any part of the MiddleEastUK.com website at a CPM of £20 (GBP). With a minimum purchase of 5000 impressions your entry price is £100..
Impressions Price (GBP)
5000 £100
10000 £200
15000 £300
20000 £400
Who will design the banner?
The banner can either be provided by the advertiser or designed and produced by our in-house graphics team to meet your specifications. The cost for this service is £10 per banner. Banners can be either GIF format or flash supported.

The more traffic goes through the sites the more expensive it will be.
Don’t worry about being ripped off. If you think it will increase your trade then go for it, if not, don’t bother.
My guess is that you are worried if it will pay back, only time will tell.
I am an engineer by trade and don’t trust marketing or advertising as it’s all a bit touchy feely for my liking.

Too much you've got to be pulling in a massive traffic number to warrant that price. You'd be better off going with affiliate ads and google adsense etc

before making your decision ask for the historical data. Click rate kind of things and then decide what kind of business you can get before doing the price decision.
