is there anyone who can design some good database for me in access 2003. is it simple not much complicated, i am confused in relationship between the tables.

lots of people will ready for you to design with some charge, if you are ready to pay. second thing if you are not a great dtabase manger do it by yourself there is nothing more to think to make one good and simple database.
u can use help from microsft msdn also

We could use some more information.. A relationship is just a common field between two tables, for instance you might have a table of people:
ID Name
201 Joe
101 Rick
233 John
and a table of positions
ID Position
201 Plumber
101 Programmer
233 Programmer
The ID field would be related in these two tables. Becuse they both point to the same indivdual. Then you could have a querry which printed out
Joe Plumber
Rick Programmer
John Programer
