if you really like him, u should tell him. but make sure ur bff takes it in a way that doenst spoil ur friendship.

first of all does your bff have a thing about her friend dating her ex, i would find that out first cause you might lose her, he is crush if he is worth losing a bff then you have to go with your heart but find out first and then if everything is ok with her then you can make the move.

tell your bestfreind first, and let her know straight up that u like him and that she had her chance.....and then try calling up the guy and "get the ball rolling" between the 2 of you.
