Eat a lot of fast food and watch TV for long hours

Get a state job. Stop at your local Dunkin Donuts more frequently. Choke down a couple glazed Donuts and chase it with large soft drinks. Proceed to couch with assortment of Hostess products.

Just kidding. Why would you want a bigger belly? Are you trying to gain weight? If so, there are healthier ways to do it. Exercise to build muscle combined with a higher calorie diet will help you put on some weight. You can purchase high calorie shakes as well.

If you are seriously trying to make your belly larger for whatever your reason, I would reconsider. The more weight you carry around the harder it is on your back, your heart and your body in general.

Before embarking on anyhting to do with loosing or increasing your weight you should really consult your GP or a Dietician. Is there a particular reason you want to gain weight?? If you just start eating more foods you could end up eating the wrong foods which may lead to problems with your bowels and/or cholestral etc.

Get professional advise first.

eat more fatty foods
have larger potions at every meal time eat takeaways burgers and meat pies do less exercises
