I am assuming that you live in the U.S. The question is do you already have your salesperson's licence? If you do then I am assuming that you are associated with a broker. There are all sorts of continuing education programs available. You can find them on your state real estate web site or the National Association of Realtors web site. You can train for a variety of extra designations GRI, CRS, SRES, CRIB, CIS. Your local real estate board offers many of these courses too. If you do not already have your license then the first step you need to do is take the courses for prelicensing. Kaplan schools is an online school that I believe services all states. Your local community college usually offers the real estate principles course which is the first step to getting your license. I am a licensed real estate broker in both California and Texas and have about 20 years experience.

You'll find that there are some great free resources available as well as thousands of pay courses.

http://www.masteryourmarketing.com/ I've actually been to this guys seminar. Part of being successful is having a system. He has several great systems that can help. His systems are similar to many that are on the market.

check out your local Realtor webpages as well as your local investor sites.

Heres the link to a national investor web forum that will give you a good idea of how investors.
