I can't copy onto dvd's.?

I am just told 'Windows has experienced a problem' why?

You might have been trying to use the wrong format. A DVD-R will not work in a DVD+R sometimes, and this could be the problem. You also might need to go to the manufacturer's site and get the latest firmware upgrade for your drive.
