Accept the fact that she lost all her weight. If you think that she did it for unhealthy reasons like anorexia or what ever get her some help. She should be eating still because otherwise that isn't healthy. Try to eat meals with her and make her feel comfortable! Good luck!

just because she lost weight ,shouldn't mean that you lost your love. she is still the same person only smaller. marriage is a 2-way street and any how people say give 50/50 to each it really should be give 100% all the way on both sides. remember you didn't get married to make only yourself happy , you did it for her also, and that should reflect both ways. talk to her about how you feel, see her point of view on it and let her know you are not degrading her, but wanting to know if you can offer help, whether it be consultation for anoxeria, or support to help her in her quest to be smaller but in a healthier way.

just keep an eye on her, what makes you think she's
anorexic ? Are her bones showing ? If so then talk to a Dr. about it, from what I hear people w/ anorexia are
like people w/ a drinking or drug problem, they don't know they have the problem & will not agree w/ anyone who tells them they do. If she's only lost an average amount of weight then don't worry about it, perhaps she just wants to stay in shape. Good luck

Create good happy mood in the life , eat together all the three meals , explain her that thin body , you can not stand , better eat well and starting coming to the original shape . I am sure you can manage IT by regular follow up with her and join her for every meal .

You should focus on what is good and healthy for your wife. If you love someone, it shouldn't matter what kind of wrapping they come in. I was overweight for a lot of years in my life, I had men who didn't ever make reference to my weight, but when it came time for me to lose the weight, I had to do if for me, and me alone. If your wife is healthy in her new body, support her and don't discourage her. If she isn't healthy with the weight loss, support her in her choice to seek help in the matter, if she doesn't and she is important to you, help her get help.

Discuss this with her. But be careful. Women specially are extremely sensitive over weight issues. No matter how well-meaning your questions, they tend to think you are criticizing them.
