just want to do this for fun id like to make a long dress from bin bags but dont know where to start . any help & design appreciated thanx

I have made a dress out of bin bags. i cut several bin bags open, and then placed a paper cut out of the dress that i wanted to get the initial shape of the dress. I used a mixure of staples (probably not the best idea) and black parcel tape to stick the pieces together. My friend used superglue, that seemed effective. Don't be affraid to experiment. If you can get white bin bags (depending on how u want the dress to look) you can make small details or have some layers. As for the design I would go for empire line or something that flows from the hips. Don't do straps, I know from experience they don't work. Design the dress first, make measurements and then draw a template on paper, then cut around the template and fasten together. I hope that helps.

Yes put a hole at the top dead center then 2 more holes about 4 inches to either side. The top center hole is for your head and the two other holes are for your arms. I'm sure you will look great, it might be a good idea to try the orange recycle bag as I think it to be a bit more sexy then the good old black bag. Use duct tape for the waste to simulate a belt.
Good look! stay away from banisters and sharp objects. Probably don't want to get on the tube either it gets hot down there.

simple all you need is 2 binbags
from one bin bag cut a long strip this will be your belt
from the other bin bag cut a hole for your head to fit through and a hole at either side for your arms then tie your belt round your waist
if you want to show some clevage cut a v shape at the neck
and there you have it 1 binbag dress

Get a big bag, turn it upside down, cat a hole in the bottom of the bag for your head and one on either side for your hands and voila!! This is a great way to lose weight quickly too if you wear this clubbing for instance. You might need one of those warning signs relating to spillages/slippery floors etc. though if you do decide to do this.
