No. Counties near the equator don't change their clocks at all. The Philippines is an example.
What's more, there are different time setting through out the world. This week, my clock went back one hour (Europe). Next week it will be America.

No not the whole world change their clocks. As I am an Indian and we have the same time throughout the year as India lies on the tropic of cancer.

no, the whole word does not reconize daylight savings time, I think that there are one or two states in America that do not also. It was done to give farmers the right daylight in the morning. I guess having dawn later in the day was screwing up the natural flow of things on the farm...

No. This was an invention by Benjamin Franklin during the initial invasion by british forces to enable us troops to gain time .

no I noticed in the US not all states observe daylight savings time. Once I traveled down south and they didn't observe it. The laws are changing so that all might change.........Next year it won't come in October because of a new law being passed.

I suppose this settind of date and the seasonal change comes from your electrical supply. The electrical supply company in these countries is broadcasting the time signals on its supply lines.

We in Britain aren't the only nation who change their clocks - east coast USA certainly does, but they change their a couple of weeks after the UK changes its.

Good question, I know for a fact that Germany,France and Spain etc do although they are always an hour ahead of the UK !!!
