I think what would really really help is the knowledge that you are thinking of her and her plight, and you are concerned for her. So you could phone her every day at least once, just for a few minutes, ask her how she is, what's happening ... and tell her what's happening in your life. I think it would be good for her to be kept in touch with what's happening 'outside' of her immediate concerns, a sort of reminder that life goes on. But I think some of the other suggestions are also good. However, right now she probably doesn't want to leave the love of her life for any length of time.

Take her for a day at the spa for the 2 of you to pamper yourselves and relax or if she doesn't want to leave her partners side at the moment buy her a nice card with a nice verse inside.

Get her a nice card and make her a nice gift of whatever she likes to eat, brownies or cookies. Let her know that you are there for her if she wants to talk or if she needs to be relieved.

Be there for her and involve her in your life so she does not feel lonely but give her some space when you feel she needs it.
