im in the same boat really we doing a halloween party for kids at a youth club and ive spent all weekend trying to find some good music for them hard to get any there all 70s-80s but you can get the odd 90s ones , this is halloween rock mix sounds really spooky from the movie nightmare b4 xmas , i put a spell on you hocus pocus, thriller,thriller remix, men in black, theme tunes from movies remixed seem to go down well and disco hits like steps 5678, saturday night, im also takeing down alot of the new CD's ***** cat dolls,pink.clubland, pop/dance/hiphop is what kids mainly listen to if you can get a good mixture of these you should have a cracking disco

go to limewire or morpheus and download halloween songs come up with loads like monster mash and ghostbusters and others am doin the same now

Nip to tescos, i noticed they had a cd of spooky songs/sounds. good backgroud for halloween!
