a gal with fair complexion, black hair, black eyes.
or a gal with fairer complexion but with light eyes and hair.

Depends on her heart. The bigger, kinder, more open, more relaxed, more connected heart wins every time. All else is BS.

Personally im more into Personality but in this case i would have to say the second option. Like it or not, people judge on first appearance. The second one sounds more fun and inviting. Not that the first one is bad, but the second appeals more to a persons softer side :P

more info needed...looks are there but pesonality, charm, wit, self reliance and postive attitude are just as important
