need more details. Take a look at your expenses. I'm guessing you could easily find a few things that are not neccessary to buy.
Do this:
every single bit of money you spend, write it down. Do this for about 1 month. You will then be able to see exactly where your money goes and you will see where you can cut back spending.
Also, if you have any credit cards call them and ask for a rate reduction. You might be able to get it down by a few percent but a few percent can be big if the balance is high enough.
If you drive alot, try to plan your driving by going to your detinations in as few trips as possible.

Do you own anything of value? If its a home, refinance it. If it's a car, sell it and buy a cheaper model, use the extra money for bills. Anything else, sell the stuff! Then get another job if you already have one. Get one if you don't.
It takes time to build up these bills, it will take time to get them paid off. If you are in trouble with the lenders, call them and make payment arrangements that will suit your income.
Don't just sit on them and worry, the creditors will always work things out with you. We've all been there...good luck!
