surgery or an operation they could do to relieve the pain it is a constant ache or worse it just hurts all the time. If I bump it is a very painful thing and I wanna cry still to this day...

Your Osgood-Schlatter's should have settled down when you were through with your adolescent stage. I suggest you see bone specialist. Your tibial tubercle may need to be fixed with a screw.
