I can not access Paypal from my computer,?

I cleaned everything cookies, history, temp files, etc. Other sites fine. Any Ideas? Thank you...

Have you checked for a firewall? Also sometimes an unsecure connection can cause problems. Good luck.

tools internet options security and set everything to default you should be able to get there then unless you have it set to not accept any cookies
