just forget the pen drive. if u need a cheap good megapixel camera and mp3 phone, go for sony ericsson k510i, its almost Rs. 7000/- or more, it supports memory card's , but phones with pen drive will cost u above 18000/- so go for a k510i which has 1.3 megapixel camera with flash, supports mp3(high quality sound) and mem. crd instead of pen drive, bcoz pdrives is very expensive.

Are you looking for a phone that FUNCTIONS as a pen drive, or one you can stick a pen drive into? As far as the latter is concerned there was a handheld communicator in India called the amida simputer which could do this but I'm not sure if it is available in your region.
Most phone with expandable memory can function as memory back-ups for your data. Though data transfer rates can be agonizingly slow unless you use a high end phone like a P910i, etc. Almost all phones today come with cameras and MP3 players.
