no, it takes out all the skin's natural moisture, that should be there even when your skin is dry, it keeps it healthy.

it is suitaible only to dry ur wet hair...

It's okay I guess but the hair dryer is really hot so be careful. Maybe you should just use a towel.

no it is not ok it will take all the moister of your skin away. just like blow drying your hair it will take all the oils out and dry your hair out.

Drying it onto your skin might make your skin dry and itchy.

use it very minimal, like for emergency,
to keep it more safe put lotions before blow dry
but dont get a habit, it will ruin ur skin so badly

wont cause any damage however will raise the temperture of your skin making you sweat therefore defeating the object!

i used to do it back when i was in grade school but i used to use a blowdryer to dry my baby oil or vaseline

Yea!
Just dont burn yourself and lotion yourself up afterwards so you wont be too dry. I do it when I'm really cold.
