Canada is way ahead on that front with most chains already going trans fat free. Health Canada wants trans fats out of everything and so some companies have already starting cooking with trans fat free oils....McDonalds still refuses to switch.

I feel that it is good . Trans fat clogs arteries I know I have 5 bypasses and a stint in my heart all due to to much trans fat.
