Most probably girls have hair in the arms, it all depends upon the hormonal balance of your body;
If u r interested more in sexual behavior then ur periods as well as ur growth of hirs in the arm region as well as the pubic region start growing at very less age.
There are some cases which do not have any hairs they deffintely suffering frm some homonal defficiency syndrome.

Girls do have hair in the armpits...Most of the girls shave off these ... some who are hair lovers keep them...Roman ladies in ancient rome used the sweat from the armpits to woo their lovers..

They most certainly do. It's just common for them to shave it off...having hair isnt the most attractive thing to see on a lady...at least in many cultures.

yes, they has hairs on every where more than u guys,
but they wax it regulerly, as and when it grows up, hence u cant find out .
