Have you been a naughty naughty girl Anna B????
Are you sure you've not been knocked up?????
If you haven't had any in a litle while thn it'll be the side effects of the injections.

Medical treatment of any kind, plus worry, can upset your cycle. But if you would like peace of mind, and if you have been sexually active, then you could simply take a pregnancy test.
