Most obvious and important question in any interview.
Its the opening presentation of your that how do u present yourself in front of interviewers.
usually there is a pattern to speak about oneself
1. first of all your name
2. then your qualification
3. your experience and designation and job responsibilities(if any experience other wise skip the step)
4. Your hobbies, strengths and weaknesses(hobbies, strengths and weaknesses should be like hat way which are useful for the company you are being interviewed for) like in weaknesses say i m workholic, very friendliy and trust anyone very soon. so how are these beneficial to company being a workholic u will work more for company and will give more output, being friendly you will be easily adjustable and will befriend with your seniors and colleagues and so on)
5. your family background means who are in your family abd what all the family members do i mean your dad n mom and siblings(if any)
and secondly whatever you say in your PI(Personal Introduction) you should be ready to answer any question related to that like if u said u like reading then u sud be able to answer what u like to read?? which books? if u name any book u sud even be able to tell short story of that book etc..... if u name any sport then u also be ready to answer questions related to those sports and like if ur dad has business then u also should answer the question that y u not join business of ur dad? or why this kind of job? or like that.......
GOOD LUCK

Tell About Yourself is the 1st question to be ask in each & every interview, and from your answer to this question , the HR people will come to know about your academic achievements, hobbies, about your family background. And one important thing you should always highlight your achievements in this answer coz it will surely develop an interest in you. don say ever like "Myself sunny" it is th e most incorrect way to start this answer . always start like " I am sunny". and then about your qualification, about your hobbies and if necessary about your family background.Have complete faith & confidence in your answer even if you are telling something which is not genuine, coz if the HR people get a little hint about this no matter you have cleared all the rounds they will not select you. gud luck
