If I buy a car off of ebay, can I have it shipped to my apartment complex? Are there auto shippers that do that? Or do they only ship to a certain location near where I live and I have to go get the vehicle?

Depending on the shipping company, it may be cheaper to have the car delivered to a terminal, rather than having it shipped directly to your home, but they will deliver it anywhere you ask.
One thing to note, most likely they will be using a large truck to transport the car. If there is no room for such a truck in your complex, you may have to pay extra to have it transferred to a tow truck and delivered!

It depends on the shipping company you contract with. Do some research before hiring a shipper. Find out if they will deliver to your location, or if you have to pick up your item at a central dispatching hub.
