I have a house bunny (Netherlands Dwarf). During winter, my room's Temperature ranges about 65°~70°F. Is my room too cold for her? When the temperature hits 60's she likes to sit in front of the oil heater in my room. Do I need to install a heater in her cage or is she fine in the temperature range mentioned above?

House rabbits actually do best with a temp of 50 - 70 degrees F, so it sounds as if this is just fine. I'd be sure she has a place to hide since bunnies like that.
I'd be sure she can't knock over the oil heater if that is a possibility.

Cages can be kept either inside or outside, but make sure they always have a place to go to get away from drafts and direct sunlight. Keep the cage in a cool, well ventilated, low humidity area, with temperatures between 60° - 70° F.
