women most likely won't agree with me but i think it has something to do with fat content in their skin. A woman's body can contain up to 40% fat. Don't hate on me, I read this fact directly from a women's medical journal.
Another thing: men's skin tend to be rough due to the fact that hair grows thicker and covers much of his body. Women's hair tends to grow quite fine nearly everywhere. The skin cells in women's bodies tend to hold more moisture (water) and fat directly responsible for the soft feel.
BTW, your are not dealing with a dropout here. I suggest before you shoot me down and write me off, know what the hell you are talking about first!

Come on dear, don't go to the soft skin. See the intelligence level of girls. They are more creative. Always prefer good communication to them. Treat Girls also as human being as you are.
