If you're based in the UK, I would highly recommend Bunches (www.bunches.com or .co.uk, can't remember which); I used them to send flowers to two people on Mother's Day and the recipients were overwhelmed with the quality, quantity, good taste, and I thought that they were also excellent value for money, charging considerably less than the competition for what turned out to be a great deal better than I've seen from any other inter-florist. I wrote to thank them - they were *that* good - and had a lovely letter back, so I'll never go anywhere else in future.

Hope that helps.

John Lewis do some nice flowers, or try some of the newer companies like Seranata or Bunches

cheapness wise are asda and tesco they both deliver but i dont like giving either comp anymore money! but other than that search on net or ring a local florist they are quite accomodating and can do some nice arrangements at very resonable prices and most deliver if you ask!
Edit: if you need them for tomorrow then you need to go to local florist! they will do that

Depends on where you need to send the flowers to. If it's the UK you could try http://www.imogenstone.com

We were really pleased with them (though I am not sure if they deliver in CA).
