This female snake belongs to my hubby. He promised me he will return it to the petshop before I come over from my holiday. I spent a couple of months away from my husband and he said this snake kept him company. I am just so concern if this pet leaves mark or any microorganism around our house.

Yeah, the snake probably didn't chew on the furniture or tear up the drapes! What kinda clean freak are you? If I was your hubby, I'd keep the snake & return you. At least the snake didn't desert him.

Don't worry. If it was kept in an aquarium, everything will be alright. I understand the way you feel; I would feel that way too, but everything should be find.
I had a friend whose children got a snake and kept it in an aquarium. Her house was immaculate and everything was fine. Luckily (for her and I) the poor snake only lived a few months.

Don't be such a worry wart, for god sake.
If he kept it in a tank and kept it clean, the snake is
clean. You probably have more germs than the snake
dose. I raise snakes and clean their tanks twice, sometimes
three times a week even if they don't need it, and my snakes
are clean. Like the other guy said, I would return you instead
of the snake.

absolutely not if he cared and maintained the snake properly you will have nothing to worry about I keep 14 snakes here and 40 other various lizards and I have personally never run into any kind of problems with microorganisms...

the snake will probably pick up more germs etc than it will leave behind. keeping them as pets you need to keep everything so clean.
