Did your stomach hurt too? When was the last time you ate? Sounds like you had an empty stomach and since you had nothing inside of you to vomit out, you were vomiting out acid. If you do that too much it could be dangerous cos eventually you will start vomiting up blood cos your stomach is lurching and there is nothing to bring up. It usually happens after a long night of drinking and you have already vomited. Its also a sign of the beginning of dehydration. Feel better;)

since you say it was yellow it was stomach acid. If it begins to occur frequently you can try one of the over the counter meds for acid reflux(zantac, prilosec,....etc.) But it could be as simple as a burp that brought up stomach contents, or just a virus if you continue to vomit/can't hold anything down.

i odnt know maybe it was flem. if you were drinking last night then it could be from the drinks.But if you keep seeing the yellowish thing then just do what people do and just go t othe doctor.
