K, well the fastest car would be one that doesnt drive on the roads. They just use it to break land speed records. As for cars on the road, the fastest current car is the Bugatti Veyron with a top speed of over 400km/h (about 248 MPH). Next would be the Mclaren F1 and then many of our ordinary cars follow ranging from Ferrari, to Lambourghini to Mercedes even.
