im only 14 years old but for almost a year i have had rectal bleeding and it is more painful each time i emptty could it be i didnt tell sooner cuz im scared my uncle died of colon cancer and it never ocured i could have cancer now im scared wat should i tell my mom shell be mad if i tell her its been a yeear is it ok if i say its been bleeding for only a week or so

Only a doctor can tell you for sure, but colon cancer is very rare in someone your age. Please tell your mother and get it checked out. Normally, I would say that telling your mom it has only been going on a week would be OK, but what if she goes into the doctor with you? You do have to be honest with the doctor if you want help.
Tell your mom and start out by asking her not to be angry. Let her know that you were scared and couldn't tell her. I bet she won't be mad at you; I would not be.

Most likely hemorrhoids. Go to a doctor and get yourself treated, your mom will not be mad...just concerned because she loves you. Rectal bleeding has many causes and colon cancer is rare at your age.
