Go to MIT's wesbite (www.mit.edu) and apply as an undergraduate. Go to this site: https://my.mit.edu/AdmissionsWeb/appmanager/AdmissionsWeb/Main?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=pageMyMITHome

and then click to register and you can start your application
