Garrison Keillor - "two teenage girls"?

Okay like, 1999 or so I heard this guy talking on the radio at about 5:30 pm I think, and he's quoting Shakespeare's "Sonnet CXVI" and talking about these two teenage sunbathers. Does anyone know what show that was???

"A Prarie Home Companion" came to mind but I really had no idea why, because I didn't listen to it but for a few minutes and didn't remember hearing the title. Thank you. I'll look into it.
