YOu deal with it the same way you would outside of work. You confront the party be honest and if all else fails report them

From the comments by mmd, it seems that he thinks that racial discrimination is ILLEGAL. Discrimination is NOT illegal in South Africa, and in many instances racial discrimination is not considered illegal. (e.g. when AA is applied in respect of Blacks)
TO answer the original questions: I know that AA is a REALITY and NECESSARY, but it still is not nice to be on the receiving end.

I know what you mean. I am white, and I get discriminated against all the time. For being a male too, i don't like it. If you work in a government job, make a complaint.

First make absolutely sure that the discrimaination IS racial and not performance based.
If your employer can point to perfomance problems, you haven't a leg to stand on.
