I'm looking for fresh, good quality Sushi and Sashimi and Sake. I realise I'm going to have to pay a bit but I'd still like to keep the cost down.

Ayame in Glenferrie Road, Marlvern has probably the best Japanese I've had. If you want to really splurge, go for the Chef's banquet. That's about five courses or so but each course tastier than the last. Please try it!
