what can i carry for music that wont move or jogg with me while i jogg

use something worn on head like a head band with music or music on wrist :)

your best bet would be an ipod nano can hold 500+ songs goes for about $100 and very easy to use and won't skip runs off of internal memory no moving parts like a cd player

get someone to follow aside you in there car and turn up the music hahaha
