You go to the Industrial Promotion council of India and get a project report or there are publishers who publish this information. The you can undergo some training under them for a cost I believe and go from there. Outsourcing the machines for the industry will be difficult otherwise or you go to a consultant by advertising in the paper for packaged water business.
