Sometimes it's so hot that i cannot touch it...!

if its that hot, i would start searching for your reciept and warranty details. adapters will always get warm, but if you cant even touch it, you have a fire hazard on your hands.

shouldn't be that hot that's wayyy to hot call the mfg. of your laptop to get another adapter or ask them about it...should be warm to the touch so you can pick it up and hold it. not searing hot that could pose a possible fire hazard

You should check for a recall on this. My guess is the Adapter is faulty and I would not recommend on using it again.. If its a transformer type they do get somewhat warm. But this is not normal.

I think so. I have the same problem as you not just for my laptop but also for my MP3 and handphone adapter

Mine gets pretty warm too but not quite that warm; it wouldn't hurt to check with the place or person you bought it from to find out if there's a problem with it.

Yes, because the machine is used allot that it starts to heat up!
