1) Are you crunching numbers to meet a standard? Or are the standards designed around the numbers.
2) Are salary & benefits really benefiting the employee or the company? No one likes to feel short-changed
3) Are you personnally complementing employees on their production?
4) Are the team dynamics providing an atmosphere of success or failure?
5) Who within the company is part of the problem and who is part of the solution?

There are some really good books out there on leadership. I don't know what TISCO is but the company needs to be producing leaders from within (a leadership plan).
