I think I do get upset a little but realize that I find myself doing it often, I think the problem lies in that I had a crappy phone and service prior to now, Also sometimes when I am on the phone I am talking to someone on the phone and also to someone in person. It is a bad thing. I do say that is correct sometimes I want people to listen to my conversation.

Try talking loudly back to them as if you think they are talking to you . I agree very rude of them so being rude to them is what they deserve. I've tried it several times and they have moved away or quietened down

My major pet peeve. Especially those on the bus. It's already close quarters & these people seem to think they have to shout so the whole bus can hear them. It so p's me off.

Depends on my mood I guess...
Sometimes I just want to grab their cell phone and trow it. But sometimes I want them to talk louder to get every single detail of the conversation... lol

very much. everything about cell phones bug me though. ever been in a conversation with someone and their cell phone rings? people are rude when it comes to cell phones. can't stand them and will never own one.

I ignore it, I don't let things bother me but usually I found out it bugs them when you do it to them and guess what there's your chance to mention their own flaws. But seriously its something you can ignore and put them down on your list as ignorant idiots.
