Edit~ I love how the one answer from the girl up there says "I dated one in college" as if they are some rare species found on the planet - this is like people who accuse others of hating gays or blacks.. they say.. " I have a friend who is black.. or I know someone who is gay" Hahahaha - this is what I am talking about in my answer below.
There is this sterotypical stigmatism attached to the Jewish people - in the minds of those that wish to embrace it - it is like they are still holding onto the concepts and ideations that started the Holocaust - that Jewish are cheap, selfish, money and business minded..etc.. and you just can't convince some people otherwise. People may fear what they do not understand or know - but here it is more that they are choosing to not understand or know - they are choosing to hold onto that ignorance and it is truly sad. Didn't they learn anything.. I mean this happens with all different people concerning all different cultures, religions, races.. and it just is not right.. But you are - this happens all of the time - as unfortunate as that is.

Remember Hitler? He was a jew and that is one of the many reasons why people hate jews. Another reason could be that the Jewish religion has been over-emphasised on, making it an 'in-your-face' topic of discussion. Some people have their own reasons and others just follow the crowd and fall victim to peer pressure and what society has teaching us.
Hope it helps.

I don't know why they portray Jewish people like that in movies. In reality experience I've never seen hate towards them. I think many people do not know much about their beliefs and the fact that they've been persecuted much of their lives, atleast in the older days. I think this could apply to most any race, culture, and religion as well.

Hitler was NOT a Jew. He was also NOT an atheist. He was raised Catholic.
Look it up.
This is just another attempt by the Catholics to offload responsibility for that historical disaster!

probably because of envy, To them was given the commandments and God sent the prophets to them. Besides to eliminate the Jewish people would also be a knock against Christians as our religion has its base in Judaism As Christ came to the house of Israel.

Is it always that way? Any way jews are histories scapegoats. Have always been that way. It is a predispostion of people to hate those who are chosen to be special.
